Imagine having 24/7/365 access to a 35 year industry veteran to teach you
EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW about ACTING AND THE BUSINESS OF ACTING!
That character exercise you have up on actors toolbox where you draw a column for the character you are either playing or auditioning for and write down the characteristics and then you have a column for yourself is amazing. I’m prepping an audition for a unstable sociopath and it makes me feel much less intimidated by it all now because I found way more ways to relate than I thought! lol! you rock.
I highly recommend this guys! I’m a subscriber and I love it. You can listen to the audio lectures any time, while you’re at work at the office or in the car. You can watch the video coaching with Real Actors, there are interviews, articles and so much more. I find myself listening and playing them over and over again. I learn something new every time. Oh and have I mentioned I have not finished it yet. She has so much content. Very helpful and educational. Thank you, Amy.
I had no idea, NO IDEA, the wealth of knowledge, encouragement, and actual guidance The Actor’s Toolbox has to offer. It should honestly be a requirement to join The Actor’s Toolbox when working with you because you don’t actually know what you don’t know, until you join. Thank you so much for that gift that is the site.
Thanks again for the positive reinforcement of what we as actors may need to hear and practice and meditate on as we travel the journey. It sometimes seems as though you’re talking directly to me, but I know this is something that you are aware many actors, and non-actors contend with in life.
Thanks again for including me in your class last night; I really enjoyed myself! As a trained life coach, I loved that you started the class with a coaching question. I learned a lot by watching you critique your clients – you are truly gifted at it and your energy is contagious.
